Biography: I started racing when I was eight years old in the cadet class of the Motorsport Ireland Championship. Following a racing accident that year, it made me take a step back from racing until 2014. I went back racing that winter to compete in club rounds driving a Junior Max. This is where I learned my race craft for the 2015 Motorsport Ireland Karting Championship. I won a handful of awards that year and completed my first full Motorsport Ireland Karting Championship in 2016 which became my highest achieving year to date. In 2017 I moved to the Senior IAME X30 class in Motorsport Ireland which I found very challenging as I carried 27kgs of lead on my kart. I then finished 11th overall in Senior Iame X30 in the Motorsport Ireland Karting Championship. This year is the year of my final school exams and as a personal choice I’ve decided to hold off on racing until after my exams in June. I train in the gym 4 days a week and still test twice a month to keep my fitness levels up in order to be on top of my game in July when I will go back racing.
