Circuit Paul Ricard opened on 19 April 1970, and throughout its life has hosted multiple F1 and major international race series as well as being a popular engineering test destination. It's characteristic stripped run-off areas contrast with the spectacular natural surroundings and open countryside all around the track. The circuit enjoys excellent weather all year round and is therefore a fantastic choice for our first race in 2019.
The variant of the circuit chosen for this EPCS race event maximizes race visibility for the public from all parts of the interior paddock and offers a fantastic mix of corners, high speed bends and powerful straights.
Circuit Paul Ricard offers a number of activities for all ages in its extreme activity park, “Xtrem Park”, including: driving simulators, quad bike runs, a guided tour of the circuit, motorbike courses, electric enduro motorbike courses, mini moto school, a circuit shop, a restaurant, a zipline with breath-taking views between the circuit and sea, a free fall tower and a climbing wall… among other things.
