Early career

Vittoria Piria, better known as “VICKY”, was born in Milan on November 11, 1993 at 9:40 am to an Italian father and British mother. A bright and happy little girl, her family expanded with the birth of brothers Joey in 1995 and Paolo in 2000. In truth, Joey was the one who introduced his sister to the world of karting. In 2003, the two of them took their first turns around a small track located on the outskirts of Milan. After countless spinouts and mistaken turns off the track, Vicky discovered just how much passion and love she had for the sport. She was involved in horse riding competition and decided to give up to concentrate on her new passion. From little regional races she stepped up into European Karting rounds till she was 15.
